Full Service Design
This is our most popular service! Allow us to do the heavy lifting, from start to finish we will handle it all! Once plans have been presented and approved, this service includes meeting with contractors, procuring product, white glove delivery, overseeing installations, troubleshooting and resolving issues, hanging artwork, placement of accents, etc. We know you are busy and we love the opportunity to take care of all the details!
Begins with an initial consultation at $150/hour which typically includes field measurements, in-depth discussions of options, and establishing a realistic budget for desired goals and outcome.
Consultation followed up with personalized contract detailing continuation of design services, timeline for producing plans, and client investment in custom service.
Full Service Design - Starts at $1,500 per room
Note: Contracts will be divided into concept phase and procurement / installation phase as we progress through the job.
In-Home Consultations
In-home consultations offer professional design direction and advice. Personalize this service and get answers to your design dilemmas. Some examples of how to use this service include space planning, advice on wall, flooring, window and ceiling treatments, lighting, interior paint consultations, advice and direction on accents, wall art, area rugs, furniture options, and more. We can discuss how to prioritize projects, establish budgets, and determine which service best fits your needs moving forward.
In-Home Consultations - $150/hour
Note: Every design service begins with an in-home consultation except Designer On Call and E-Design.
Designer On Call
Don’t want or need full service design? Plan to handle the project yourself but would like some professional advice here and there? This is the service for you! Purchase a package of hours to be used however it best suites your design needs.
A few examples of how to use these hours:
Advice and directives on any room in the house, accessorizing, paint consultations, showroom consultations, furniture floor plans, space planning, tile layouts, lighting advice, blueprint review and more.
2 hour Design On Call Package - $280
4 hour Design On Call Package - $540
6 hour Design On Call Package - $780
Starts with a complimentary Discovery Call (up to 30 minutes). Time is deducted from package as used for phone, email, text, or in-person consults. Travel time is deducted from the package if outside of the greater Rochester, NY area.
Note: Packages must be used within 3 months of purchasing. No refunds for unused time. Additional packages may be added as needed.
Kitchen & Bath Design
Prior to starting her design business in 2004, Julie spent nearly 10 years in the kitchen and bath industry. She will assist you in making wise investments and avoiding costly mistakes in these important heavy use rooms. She is well versed in a variety of lines of cabinets from stock to custom without having a showroom quota to fill. Julie designs with you in mind pursuing the perfect fit for your job and budget. She can advise you on all the latest countertop, backsplash, tile, floor, hardware, plumbing, and lighting products. She will personally execute a functional, detailed working design plan to execute the space of your dreams!

Kitchen and Bath Design - Starts at $1500

Rucker & Co. carries thousands of gorgeous fabrics and endless creative ideas to bring you unique, functional design options for all of your soft good needs. From custom upholstered head boards to the perfectly painted window shutter, motorization options and countless hardware lines, accent pillows, bedding, and more. We partner with an award winning workroom and work closely with them from concept to installation. Along with accessories, these are the finishing touches that really complete a space.
